Paytm Mobile Solutions — Return pickup not done | |||||
Multiple tickets generated against my request & reminders but no action has been taken so far in respect of a simple return of order# [protected]... Shame on paytm!!! As per the return policy the seller will accept return of item within 15 days from the date of delivery. In the meantime no courier has come to receive the return packet even after lapse of 9 days of delivery. Who will be responsible if returned item will not reach the seller within prescribed time. Only ticket generation will not solve the issue what paytm care is doing up till date. I guess some nuisance is being created to harass the customer like me... Nobody can wait full day for courier boy whose contact no even is not provided in messages for return pickup sent to me on 27th & 28th oct 2016. I strongly condemn service of paytm for online shopping and never recommend it for others. Was this information helpful? | |||||
