Paytm Mobile Solutions — return/refund 24, 48, 72 hours!! just wait wait and wait | |||
I have placed an order on 16th march on paytm (Order no.- [protected]) and received the product on 18th march at around 1 pm. After receiving the product i opened the packet and got to know that it was the wrong product, i have order a totally different product and got another one. Then as soon as i received the item i have raised a complaint to paytm and sent them images of the wrong product then customer care told me to wait for 24 hours then after 24 hours they told me to wait for 48 hours then i called them today and the told me to wait for next 72 hours.. I dont understand what the hell they want me to do??? I have paid them to wait...??!!! The seller was blind??? Why did he sent me the wrong product??? And why paytm cannot refund me?? Or not return the product?? Please consumer complaints please help me. Paytm and seller are playing with me. Was this information helpful? | |||
