Paytm Mobile Solutions — rs 5000 deducted from paytm but did not receive in my bank | |||
Hi My mobile number is -[protected] I added rs 5000 from kybdevit card and i was sending to my other account. My rs 5000 is added but while sending to my bank its stuck in pending status from yesterday. When i am trying to contact your support number ivr is not recognising my wallet txn id. This is the worst servive i have ever experience from any company where your ivr says enter txn id and its not recognising and there is nonway to speak to your customer care then why you have given the contact number as 24 hours helpline that is completely non sense. Now i want to get my money bank in few hours And this the last transaction from my end. I am never going to use pay tm wallet its too risky. Please give my money back its very urgent.
