Paytm — My 2000 rs is not refund to my account

Today morning i tried to add rs 6500 in my paytm wallet. i got message that payment of 6500 is received but paytm but then i received that it is cancled and refunded to bank. but i haven't received any refund money in my bank account.

My self firoz khan my wallet no.[protected] maine kal apne pnb a.c se 2000 bal.add kiya tha uske baad maine agin back bank mai tranfar kar diya . lakin bal bank ac mai nai aaya

I have add money through my atm. The money has debit in bank account but not credit in paytm account.

I applied for refund request Rs 5000 from my paytm wallet to my bank account. Paytm is showing that, money has been refunded but its not showing in my account. Please check the issue and refund my money.

Money debited from bank...but transactions failed...and paytm not refunded my amount either to the bank or wallet...help me ...my failed transactions has order id which is [protected]
