Paytm Mobile Solutions — Selling products but not providing warranty, cheating consumers | |||||
Please stay away from paytm and don't buy product from them which they claim has warranty. 1. I purchased a novex cabin trolly bag on 1st june 2015 from aspire enterprises delhi which has warranty for 7 years. 2. The bag is developing cracks now and breaking. And when informed paytm customer care they say they dont have the details in thier database and asked me to provide the details. 3. I sent them the print screen of invoice since luckily i had filed the invoice. 4. After giving them details below is the answer which i get from customer care * Sorry for inconvenience caused to you.
