Have send 1700/- money from paytm wallet to my bank account, my wallet trans id is: [protected] on 4th january. My contact no is [protected]. There is some issue to send money and for this i am continuosly trying to call paytm customer care since 3 days but when i add my transaction id it is show invalid.
I also see in my 'help & support' option in my paytm a/c but there is only 1 msg displaying that your amount will be back in paytm wallet but still we don't receive money in my wallet. I have also drop a mail in 2 times but no response receive.
Request to paytm care resolve the issue as soon as possible.
