Paytm Mobile Solutions — Send money from paytm wallet to bank failure but amount not refunded since 30 dec`16 to till date

I`m sending money (Rs.5000/-) from my paytm wallet to bank account detail given as below.

("transferred to bank account bank txn id:[protected] paytm cash txn id [protected]-12-30 01:57:51 pm")
Than i`m complaint it to paytm care via emai ([protected]@paytm.com) many time.
But no refund received to till date.
Requested you please help me for this matter and do needful.
