Paytm Mobile Solutions — Soundbox not received on expected date

I had ordered paytm soundbox 2.0 one time payment plan worth ₹1999 on 6 aug 2022 and delivery was expected by 20 aug 2022 but still i haven't received the soundbox and there's no response from paytm regarding this and I am worried about my prepaid money.
