I had ordered soundbox ([protected] on name of vivek sharma) in eary march 2022. it Was found faulty And request offer placement was done . on 11 march 2022 paytm company representative Pick it up from my shop . I was charged 2000 rs. I have called many times the customer care they are asking to wait 48 hours . They have given me 15 Complaint numbers so far . But still the month completed no replacement occurs . Kindly refund the amount or replace within 1 or 2 days .
