Paytm Mobile Solutions — submission of application fee at drdo

I have submitted the application fee of drdo on 22/08/2018 twice by paytm mobile solutions.But every time money is deducted from bank account and submission of application is failed and a dialogue box is opened showing "your application submission is failed try again . Pos[protected] at paytm mobile solutions txn#[protected].
Please help me.
