Paytm Mobile Solutions — sudden blocking of account without intimation | |||||
I am an active use of paytm solutions, however, a day earlier, i was unable to access my account. When contacted, paytm is asking for my id proof and address proof documents. I am not interested in continuing with their services as i am not interested in their banking services. I requested paytm to let me login and transfer / use my balance and then let me decide whether to continue with their services or not. However, they are refusing to let me access my account without providing the identity documents. This amounts to unfair trade practices on behalf of paytm as there was no communication from their end about the possibility of blocking my services.
