[Resolved] Paytm Mobile Solutions — They are not refunding | |
Hello, my name is sachin, i canceled an order i made of red tape black hoodie i ordered from paytm mall. On 28th jan I placed the order and canceled it because I didn't approve the courier service which was assigned to deliver it. So as per the paytm the order is already refunded, but its been 4 days i have not received any amount. I complained to paytm customer care through their contact us section many times, but no any response or resolution, hence i am complaining it here now.
