Paytm Mobile Solutions — To unblock my paytm account

Hi, i am Manas kumar sahoo, i had added money to my wallet on the next day my account had blocked by paytm, 25 days past bt there is no results. They mailed me that the matter is under investigation, they donot provide me any time limit, plz help me. My registered email id [protected]@gmail.com
I had called they local office bt they donot help
