Paytm Mobile Solutions — Train ticket issue not settled after 256 conversations with the great paytm customer care executives

I booked 3 train tickets and made the payment thorugh paymt with id [protected] and after having 25 conversations also with those # no reply till now, is this a fraud company or what - really frustrated all the people sitting over there are just illitrates dont know what to reply to the customer queries - fully frustrated with those guys and services - please let me know what and how can you help me in this regard
