I bought some poker chips from zynga via patm on 15/01/2017 twice both of Rs 1641.64 in which the transaction ids from paytm shows success but i havent recieved the chips yet. I used rupay debit card for it. Plz refund as soon as possible and check the attachment regarding the paytm passbook. And it will be glad if you guys can call me at [protected] to resolve this issue. i called up your customer care but it wasnt helpful.
