I have book train ticket for Mumbai through net banking .my a/c has been debited Rs12101.50/not did i receive my ticket or booking amount my transaction description-1NB/[protected].
pl look in this matter as still i am waiting for my booking or refund
hoping for an early reply & refund.
as transaction failed & a/c was debited pl try & refund amount which has been debited from a/c
