Paytm Mobile Solutions — Transaction failed amount deducted but not refunded. | |||
On 7th April I recharged for ₹402 for my jio number [protected]. The amount was deducted from my paytm wallet but transaction was not done. Transaction id: [protected]. I contacted paytm for refund through the paytm app. I didn't receive any reply from them. Their helpline is only for logging out from lost mobile. No other options are available on their helpline.
