Paytm Mobile Solutions — Transaction failed but money debited from account | |||||
On 6-december-2016 at 9:35 PM I initiated a transaction (Order No : [protected]) in which I was transferring 2000rs from my bank account to my paytm wallet which failed (as per paytm notification) but the amount was deducted from my bank account and I cannot even see it in my paytm wallet. Kindly help me with the same. It's been two days now, there is no update regarding my payment even after raising tickets twice. This is really irritating because the amount is high and there is no reply even after the repeated efforts. Was this information helpful? | |||||

I have added money 28-Nov-2016 After that i have tried to bank transfer that amount is not going to bank account, That's why Again I will transfer that amount same card but still it is showing 'Refund_Pending' I have raised by query in paytm site but still I am not Receiving any update from the Paytm. Please Help on this
