Paytm Mobile Solutions — Transaction failed but money deducted from my bank account and is not refunded yet

It happened on 25th of December 2016 i made transactions twice of RS. 500 hundred and both th time money got deducted from bank account but the transaction was failed.
And then after i lost my debit card from which i made the transaction so i blocked it and got a new one so please help me to get my money back
