Paytm Mobile Solutions — transaction failed of credit card

Respected sir/madam

I have made of payment of 5000 by your app but transaction failed. Amt have deduct from credit card but payment neither recieve by me nor by another customer.

My kyc is updated also.

Attached file submitted of failed transaction.
Please do the needful at the earliest.

While making payment on paytm the amount of Rs.1000 was paid to the upi id paytm.[protected]@axisbank.I don't know how it paid to this address.Kindly refund me as soon as possible.
