Paytm Mobile Solutions — Transaction of Rs.7000 not added to my payTM account. | |||||
On 31st January 2017, I have made transaction of Rs.7000 from my bank account to my paytm wallet. The amount have been debited from my bank account and credited to the payTM wallet. But I have received a message from payTM that the transaction failed and the amount refunded to bank. there is no refund amount till now (13.2.17) in my bank account. We tried to contact payTM but No proper response from them. A number of complaints have been raised from our side. An immediate action have to be taken. On 10 january 2017 i recharged my metro card Rs.500 was debited from my account but my card was not recharegd. I claim to refund for same.
