Paytm Mobile Solutions — Transfer to bank account pending

I try to transfer money from my account to another bank account through paytm and it remain pending for the last two days. The amount has already been deducted from my bank account and also my wallet. I wrote several tickets but there was no resolution and no information about anything. Please just refund my money back if possible or sent the amount to the required account. Its was a really important transaction and all my work is stuck just because of it.
