Dear sir/madam
I transfered ammount 1000 in part of 2 times 5000 sent to wrong account on february 23 then after that i realized that i sent to wrong account and rushed to bank they said will talk to customer and will give cash there customer refused to give cash they took long time to raise complaint and hold the cash from her account. Now they saying we hold the cash but patym team has to refund the cash please help me out from this thank you
