Paytm Mobile Solutions — Transferred amount not received in bank account | |||||
We had provided our Mobile number to our Patrons for sending their subscriptions, linked to our Bank account. One Patron remitted Rs. 5, 000 to our account (Transaction ID [protected] dated Feb 12, 2017 from his mobile number [protected] to our mobile number [protected]. This payment did not reach our Bank account, though the amount was deducted from our Patron's Paytm wallet. Paytm menu does not provide a way to complain on this issue from our side.
