After my repeated reminders facing recharge problem I Requested for refund but no response pl see as a Senior Citizen I am facing problem in ride through Uber PayTm
I have mailed so many times for problem facing by me but Uber told contact PayTm and PayTM is not responding of my mail

Updated by L P CHAUDHARY I am a Senior Citizen facing problem in Uber PayTm first ly they offered 25% cash back on 5 ride on add money Rs 222 and I added 4 times but cash back not allowed.
Secondly In emergency I can not pay from PayTm if balance is below Rs 200
Thirdly problem in add money through Credit Card
And lastly I requested so many times fir refund if my Uber PayTm wallet money to Bank but no response.
I am forwarding this copy to Delhi to show how aSenior Citizen facing problem in Paperless transaction.
