Paytm Mobile Solutions — Unable return the product.

Recently i have bought shoes from www.paytm.com but i have size issue and i was trying to return but by mistake i had select wrong color instead of wrong size and now paytm.com saying that my account flagged by miss using of their service. I wish you could help me.

After that no one is able to handle in proper way with my concern problem.
Whatever i have got product that is useless for me, i can't able to thing what i can do for that?
