Paytm Mobile Solutions — unethical practices lead to loss of cashback a customer is eligible for

I would like to file a complaint on paytm as they are trying to dominate the users and taking advantage of their position over the paytm users.

I had few elecricity and recharge promocodes that i got against few purchases like vespa scooter, croma vouchers that i have to apply in next 10-12 months.

While purchasing the above items i had seen t&c about the validity, min electricity bill amt and other usage terms like a unique promocode can be applied once in a month and can be used again in next month till its validity but there was no such term written on the restriction o[censored]sing total 2 electricity promocodes in a month.

In the month of jun 2019 i had in total 3 unique electricity promocodes which i applied successfully. Now all of a sudden in the month of jul 2019 paytm changed their t&c and imposed a restriction o[censored]sing max 2 unique electricity promocodes in a month due to which my 3rd electricity promocode is going in vain and i will be losing 250 cashback if i will not able to apply in jul 2019.

For example : i got electricity promocode "abc" worth rs.2500 for purchasing scooter whose validity is 10 months (1 promocode redeemable 10 times for a maximum value of rs 250. (Once in a month)

2nd electricity promocode "def" worth rs.500 for purchasing croma vouchers whose validity is 2 months (1 promocode redeemable 2 times for a maximum value of rs 250. (Once in a month)

3rd electricity promocode "ghi" worth rs.500 for purchasing another croma vouchers whose validity is 2 months (1 promocode redeemable 2 times for a maximum value of rs 250. (Once in a month)

In total paytm issued me 3 unique promocodes and each can be applied once in a month. Incase if i do not apply one promocode in a month then my cashback benefit of 250 will go in vain. The same thing happened to me in jul month wherein i had 3 unique promocodes and i applied 2 promocodes successfully but while applying 3rd promocode i am getting a message that max. 2 electricity promocodes can be applied in a month.

This is what i wanted to highlight that while purchasing the croma vouchers or scooter in may month there was no such term written that a user can max. Apply 2 electricity promocodes now they have suddenly made the changes in their t&c and imposed a restriction on using max 2 electricity promocodes in a month

I raised an objection on such revised t&c but they keep on sending me a mail that we reserve the right to change the policy. Now my concern is that if they are imposing a restriction then they should apply on purchase done post amending such policy and should also mention in the t&c on items against which they are issuing promocodes. Why they applied the same restrictions on the users who have already purchased the items and have multiple electricity promocodes.

Paytm is giving an absolutely crap reply that they reserve the right to change T&C anytime so they do not bother is a customer/ user losses any amount or not..
