Hello sir I purchase using buy600get600 promo code on 2july 2018 order no. [protected]. I got 2 unique promocode which can be applied on fmcg product minimum value of rs.500. Valid till 5 aug 2018 18:45:09 But it`s showing invalid voucher when i tried to apply. I already tweet about it on twitter and message the screenshot and issue on paytm care twitter handle @paytmcare I am attaching screenshot here. I have buy a new refrigerator through Paytm bit it found defective and I have place a return request through Paytm app. After 5-6 days it reflect return request approved but still no refund received and more than 20 days to go

Very pathetic customer service. Am unable to add the amount through any of the credit card when complaint they are not giving suitable reply. Worst customer service.
