I made two upi transactions on 02nd february 2019 at 08:04pm and 08:07pm respectively with corresponding upi id "[protected]" and "[protected]" for inr 4, 050/- (Rupees four thousand and fifty only). The amount was deducted during each of my transaction while the client on the otherhand did not receive them.
I have already waited for two working days as mentioned in "24x7 help". The amount has neither been funded to my client account nor in mine.
I also tried to reach the customer care through mobile. The line was not connected to the official concerned.
Hence i request you to kindly look into the matter and get it solved at the earliest.
