Paytm Mobile Solutions — Upgrading my Paytm wallet | |||
My Paytm wallet isn't upgraded and I had requested them to upgrade it. They also had booked my appointment which was on 20th Dec. 2016, but they didn't show up. Also they are not showing any type of response to their customers and simply misguiding them. Now I am helpless as I can't do any other further transactions. I had 6000 rupess in my paytm wallet. I make a 3000+3000 refund to pnb bank on date 21 dec 2016 but it can not credited in my bank account till know my order id [protected] and [protected] it is my wallet order plz give me a immidately solution thanq

I'm highly disappointed by your cheap step.. rupees 448 have been deducted from my account after my order no.[protected] . I want my money back asap.. and tere is no issue regarding my bank .. the fault is yours only..so give my money back . Otherwise I'll file a FIR against your company
