Paytm Mobile Solutions — Upi transaction failed but amount debited from bank account

Hi i made a upi transaction from my bank account using paytm, the amount was deducted but the payment was showing pending and after 2 days it was showing as payment failed now its been 4 working days and my amount has not been credited to my account,
Please note that i have talk with paytm customer service as well as sbi customer service but i got the same response from both side saying to talk to paytm customer services/ to talk to sbi customer services, please help
