Paytm Mobile Solutions — urgent :password reset

Hi,

I forgot my paytm password and not able to connect customer care number.

After trying for long time, i messaged to help line chat to provide password reset link on my registered number.

But i did not get any resolution yet and this is really unsatisfactory being a regular customer of paytm.

I have attached screenshot of my request reference number.

I request you to process the request on highest priority.
