[Resolved] Paytm Mobile Solutions — usha fh812 fan room heater (black) | |||||
I ordered usha 812t room fan heater on 13 nov 2017 after 5 days the status shows as delivered on nov 20. But i haven't received the product. Raised a issue in this regard in paytm website also called paytm customer care :[protected]. They opened a ticket on this issue. [protected]. After then there was no response even then i also went to paytm facebook page and raised a query then they again again raised a ticket no. 43872622. From then the product not delivered at all and no response on the facebook wall also. Then no resolution taken place. It very disgusting. Order was placed on 13 nov. Order no. Dec 7, 2017 Complaint marked as Resolved No Steps taken. This issue they just closing by sending an email with attaching fake proof of delivery(POD) signature.

I have checked with Flat watchmen/my neighbours/relatives. all confirmed that it NOt DELIVERED 3. Patym/Delivery_Surface their customer care worst. It doent connect any time. 4. They have call me to understand the issue. WITHOUT ALL THESE HOW THEY CAN JUST A CLOSE A TICKET. DISGUSTING  | |||||
