Hi,
I am veerbhadra i have called to your customer care department for some information. Your one of customer care representatives picked my call and hold me near about 1 hour. For this i really fed of and never aspect such thing from paytm. I just want that one of your manager call me and with your representatives. You guys are really fraud and cheater. Why you never maintain data at backend whenever i call and want some information regarding transaction they always said to me that no information is showing call me after 2 hours.

Please take strict against him they guys are really immoral and dishonest.
