I purchased a Scooter through PAYTM and the delivery was promised on 2-5 Dec. I did not recieve any status update when the delivery did not come. After repeated emails to customer care of PAYTM to cancel my order and refund the money the only response I get is an email that says, " Apologies for the inconvenience caused.Please be assured that we are working on resolving your concern at the earliest and our concerned team and will get back to you shortly.
We assure you, the best of our service.". it is already past a month now. How long should I wait before I file a case against PAYTM? Was this information helpful? |
