Paytm mall order #[protected] Items delivered On fri, 05 jan 2018 Fraud by paytm mall I applied the promo code ‘mustbuy100’ at the time of purchasing on 03 jan 2018 12:27:59 ist for 100% But after that they not gives cashback worth rs. 500 regarding that i concerned with paytm mall customer care (Reference no.:[protected] and (Reference no.:[protected] but they say it may be system error so, they are not able to give cashback and they are not able to return the product. I have transfer money wallet to bank, but it is pending, wallet balance is cut but not credited in my bank account.

I have transfer money of rs.5000 to an account from my paytm wallet but the money cant be transfer to that account, and also the money didn't refund to my paytm wallet.
