Paytm Mobile Solutions — Wallet add money issue

I add money from my account to paytm wallet is 2300 on 4december but atlast order canceled and at that time i recieve message from bank of successfully debited amount is 2300 and then i confirmed from my bank for transaction bank give clearification of successfully transaction and then 6 december paytm send me message on my mobile is the bank clearify the transaction paytm give my money either refund my money but till today no help from paytm
