Today I tried to change my mobile no on paytm app, but could not. So I again updated my old no on the app. But when I did this I did not find my wallet balance which was previously there. I tried to contact paytm on the given phone no. i.e.[protected], but this phone no. has only menu, no executive comes on line. So one can not explain the exact complaint and this way it limits the complaints. The app has more problems also, like to activate my wallet I tried to submit my KYC, after filling the details 3-4 times, the KYC is not done nor any notice comes to show as what problem is there.
