Paytm Mobile Solutions — Wallet Freeze was not resolved within commited time

I'm using fasttag provided by paytm. As and when i cross the toll, amount will be deducted from paytm wallet. Recently they sent notification to update the PAN details (KYC notification) and freeze my paytm wallet due to RBI restriction. As per the notification, updation of PAN will take 72 hours. I have raised ticket under paytm and provided my PAN details as requested on May 5th. Till date, the details are not updated and my paytm wallet is freezed.

Due to this, i cannot recharge my fast-tag.
Complaint is -
1) Though RBI never mandate PAN to use fasttag, payTM is not providing a way to recharge/transfer fasttag. My travel is being affected.
2) Though i have submitted document, within 72 hours the process is not completed within commited time.
3) Customer care is not justfying and ticket is not being updated. PayTM ticket ID is ([protected]).
Request to take the action and help to resolve the issue.
