Paytm Mobile Solutions — Wallet showing zero

In my paytm account already 400 was there. again I added amount of 5000 rs on 15th January 2017, I have used 3000, now my account showing 0 rs/- balance . please help me,
I cant reach customer care to discuss my problem.
I tried their numbers but no use.
