paytm id- [protected] miss-used by some one and the one item (iphone mobile) has been purchased against my credit card issued by city bank. I want to cancel that latest order made by the paytm id no- [protected].

Please not that payment has been made by my credit card name mentioned on card yugal phor.

Order date is- 13.1.17 through paytm id-[protected]( fraud id)
the material still not delivered and same is still at mecrhant

please help.
