Paytm Mobile Solutions — withdrawn against dispute, amount blocked by paytm

Woke up to a decreased account balance, turns out they withdrew a full Rs. 3000 on their own wishes and intelligence and with the pathetic customer servide they have, I've been tensed all day. All they said is that they are working to resolve the issue. Haven't given me any timeline or anything. Rs. 3000 have been deducted from my account for the reason above and it makes absolutely no sense. I'm done with Paytm after this. Today I learned, that MY money in MY Paytm account is not really mine.
