Paytm Mobile Solutions — worst experience | |||
I have order two AC'S in paytmmall. One AC DELIVERED WRONGLY (Order No. [protected], Date 13 April 2018 9:43 am) I ORDERED SPLIT AC BUT I RECEIVED WINDOWS AC.I COMPLIED TO PATM CUSTOMER CARE.AND RETURN THE ABOVE AC.HE TOLD ME COURIER PARTNER WILL COME AND PICKUP.TILL HE IS NOT COME AND PICKUP. An Another ac i will order (Order No. [protected] 20 April 2018, 12:48 pm) in paytmmall. And i canceled the AC (Because my personal problem)21 st april.i call to the customercare.he told me the amount will refunded in 24 Hours.now today 23 april . ihave not received any amount in my bank account.again i call to customer care executive he is told me refunded amount take some days.(they can not explain properly). till i have no response from paytmmall. worst experience in paytm call. i have so sad to purchase online in paytm.
