Paytm Mobile Solutions — Wrong mobile in the box of redmi 3s prime 32gb dark grey

On 17th of march 2017 i ordered REDMI 3S PRIME 32GB mobile on PAYTM APP.
On 27th morch i receivied the product,
as soon as opened the box I noticed a non working moto brand phone in redmi 3s prime 32 gb phone mobile box.
While trying to contact customer care they are tell refund in not possible.
