I ordered mobile phone Oppo F1S 64 GB Gold on 11th Feb 2017 from PAYTM online site . I got my delivery on 17th feb. Instead of oppo phone, I got delivery of XOLO A500 Clud which is cost worth only 2500 market price. However, I paid 18265 for oppo phone. Worst part is I am trying to reach out to Paytm customer care but there is no option to speak to customer care directly on this issue. I call on no.[protected]. But I am getting only automated response...We are sorry for the inconvienance caused. Will look into the issue. At least there should be an option to speak to customer care directly the way we have for other shopping sites like amazo, myntra etc.
My request is to give my money back asap or give me the delivery with right product ordered (OPPO F1S Gold 64GB) within less time frame.
