Paytm Mobile Solutions — wrong payment in paytm gateway

I had made one 7500 payment from pnb to shriram transport finance company by my shriram app amount deducts from pnb ac but not transferred to shriram transport finance company. Money goes to paytm mobile solutions please refund my money transactions I'd[protected] dated 03/08/2018.may I know where is my money. Nov says that money transactions was successful and shriram transport finance company says we have not received money account statement showing paytm mobile solutions. How it was possible tell me
