Hello, I am writing below the Worst experience ever, I was in need of cooler and Paytm played with me by Manipulating every day and delaying in Pick up the wrong product. I am Attaching the below email in which I am Following up with paytm and also attaching the Products which I received and Product which I ordered. Please don't play with Customer by Demanding these things again and again. Take out that worst product which you delivered and refund my Money ASAP. Paytm going down day by day. First you guyz make mistakes by delivering wrong Products and then demands these things without any hesitations. Its your Fault and not only fault its just a crime. I ordered "Forstair Model" and you guyz delivered "Blizzard 20dlx". However as requested I am attaching the barcode number and Model Number. Last but not the least I am telling you that Please pick up that Products from my home and return my Money. i will Never order anything from Paytm Now. If there will be 1 more day delay in pick Up I will raise this case to Consumer forum and take some very Strict action on Paytm. Attaching the Barcode and Model No.over Attachments.
