Paytm Mobile Solutions — Wrong product received pathetic service encountered. no customer service at all

Don't pay any product from paytm website. You will spend a lot of time selecting the product, but you will receive a product which you have not seen at all. Pathetic!!

Your order no is[protected] order time 10:20 pm, oct 13 2016.
After spending more then 1 hours time in selecting right sneaker for me. I order the same. But after received a sneaker which dont like at all.
And then i tried many time to call customer care, but they are not reach out at all, even they have not responded to my queries via email as well.

Finally they refuse to the replace item.
