Paytm — Money debited but order not placed

Respected sir, here is sachin mahajan from indore.i have tried to do online recharge from paytm on 16/07/2015 but my transaction is not done .i have complained 8-9 time but they have not replied yet. bank said money is transferred to ccavanue ltd mumbai which is paytm partner for payment gateway. so please help me sir to get my money back.
