Paytm — Money debited from my account, but recharge not done

I did top up for Rs.40 in the morning today (8.9.15). The amount of Rs.40 got debited from my sbi account, whose statement i have attached with this compliant. The transaction reference number is CCACI1XFN352IG0AQOTEO2 Please make sure that the money is refunded in my account. Thank you.
